Responsibilities:
- Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs for timely wellsite delivery
- Load and unload bulk materials while maintaining accurate quality control and documentation
- Operate forklifts and maintain bulk plant equipment through daily checks and preventive care
- Coordinate logistics and inventory with internal teams, ensuring accurate monthly and daily records
- Safely label, store, and dispose of additives and empty containers per company standards
- Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including PPE usage
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
- Train and support other operators and trainees as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Safety mindset with demonstrated ability to perform physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs)
- Experience operating machinery; forklift operation required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in dusty environments (50% of work time)
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete provided training (NEST, LVT, on-the-job cementing and machinery training)
- Ability to work 12 to 12.5-hour shifts on a 7/4 rotation, including nights and days
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in industrial, warehouse, or oilfield environments
- Exposure to inventory management or logistics operations
