Job TitlePlan, design, and manage cellular and RF-related projectsOversee RF spectrum engineering and management across operational sitesDrive concept development, hardware/software specifications, simulation, and reference model creationTranslate system-level and performance requirements into transmitter (TX) features and specificationsIdentify and analyze critical requirements, providing deep-dive assessments on performance, risks, and timelinesCoordinate spectrum usage with federal, state, and customer stakeholdersMonitor and maintain spectrum baselines during training exercisesPerform spectrum deconfliction to support operational and training objectivesSolve complex, interdisciplinary problems related to transmit systems and RF featuresImplement new and emerging technologies to support range operationsRequired Experience/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Spectrum Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of experience in cellular systems, RF engineering, or spectrum managementMeet DoD -M IAT II requirements.Experience working with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologiesKnowledge of cellular frequency management and licensing coordinationExperience with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licensing, including Experimental Special Temporary Authority (STA) applicationsUnderstanding of telecommunications systems, transmission media, and system performanceAbility to coordinate and deconflict spectrum usage with stakeholders to meet training objectivesExperience supporting spectrum management in DoD or federal environments preferredSpecial Requirements/Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI required
