Our R&D pairs advanced cell chemistry with semi-solid-state technology to deliver safe, high-performance batteries at scale. This position is based at our R&D center in Xiamen, China. Responsibilities:
1. Scout and incubate lithium-ion capacitor and other ultra-high-power chemistries.
2. Develop lithium-ion capacitor technology and products.
3. Develop high-power systems and lead application research.
Requirements:
1. PhD with a research background in chemistry or materials; lithium-ion capacitor or EDLC experience preferred.
2. Familiarity with capacitor materials and processes, and with EIS, cyclic voltammetry, XRD, and SEM.
3. Strong analysis and communication; drive and resilience; good English.
