In this role, you will help maintain system uptime and support the daily operation of advanced robotic and automated material handling equipment.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, production, automation, logistics, or equipment operation experience who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with technology, and keeping operations running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-production inspections to ensure automated systems are ready for operationMonitor and operate automated storage and retrieval systems through Human Machine Interface (HMI) terminalsProcess inbound and outbound product flow to maximize throughput and system performancePrepare pallets for induction into automated systemsTroubleshoot system stoppages and assist with equipment recoveryCommunicate operational issues and escalate concerns impacting productionSupport robotic vehicle recovery and system preservation activitiesConduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance activitiesAssist Automation Technicians with equipment troubleshooting and system availabilityIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvementsMaintain a safe work environment and follow all OSHA and facility safety proceduresQualificationsExperience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, distribution, or equipment operation environmentsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable using computer-based equipment interfaces and operational systemsStrong attention to safety, quality, and productivityAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift up to 60 pounds and move items up to 80 poundsStand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftWork at heights up to 45 feet when requiredWork in confined or restrictive spacesPerform bending, climbing, twisting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movementsWork in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 105°FApply today if you have experience operating equipment, troubleshooting systems, working in production environments, or supporting automated warehouse operations.
