- Operate hydro and air excavation equipment on job sites
- Perform precise trenching, daylighting, utility locating, and potholing tasks
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain job documentation and ensure full compliance with DOT and safety protocols
- Work side-by-side with your crew to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Represent VACUTEK with professionalism and pride on every job
- Proven commitment to safety, precision, and professional conduct
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift up to 90 lbs
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for operating Hydrovac trucks
- 3+ years of experience operating Hydrovac or heavy excavation equipment
- Ability to work in active construction and utility environments
- Pass pre-employment screening and drug test
- Occasional travel for out-of-area projects as needed
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions and enter confined spaces as required.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
