We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious full time CDL DRIVER (Commercial Driver) transport parts and equipment between job sites, Colter shops, and customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation regulations, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to timely and secure deliveries.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport parts and equipment to designated locations.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are properly secured for transport.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
  • Assist in inventory checks and basic maintenance of transportation equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or appropriate class license for the vehicle type.
  • Clean driving record with no recent violations.
  • Proven experience as a commercial driver or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts as required.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and other transportation laws.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screens are required for all Safety Sensitive Positions
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent driving and exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Regular lifting and loading of equipment and parts.
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
