Local Routes | Home Nights & Weekends
Description:
We are seeking dependable CDL Class A Drivers to join our team. Drivers will operate heavy/tractor-trailer trucks with side-dump or pneumatic trailers to haul construction aggregates. Most loads are local and within approximately a 250-mile radius.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate trucks with side-dump trailers or pneumatic trailers
  • Haul construction aggregates to and from job sites
  • Safely operate heavy/tractor-trailer trucks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
  • Track and document activity logs
  • Report issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Previous truck-driving experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate heavy trucks and trailers
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
