Responsibilities:
- Operate a rear-load garbage truck safely
- Collect residential and commercial waste
- Deliver and pick up containers
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep the truck clean
- Follow assigned routes and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive physical work
- Ability to frequently enter and exit the truck throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and safely
