CDL Driver

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Salary: Starting at $23.00 hour
Hours: 6am – 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
We're looking for a safety-focused, dependable CDL Driver to support our Shipping and Warehouse operations. This is more than a driving position. You'll be a key part of our team, helping move products safely and efficiently while supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
What You'll Do
- Operate a semi tractor-trailer and box truck for local and in-state deliveries
- Transport products between customer locations and company facilities
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory and product transfer records
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license required
- Current CDL preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
- Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain after hire
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
