Custom Transport is seeking experienced CDL Drivers in the Houston area for full-time OTR and Regional opportunities hauling dry bulk and liquid chemical products. Drivers operate assigned, professionally maintained equipment while supporting safe, reliable bulk transportation operations across designated routes.
How You'll Contribute
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and professionally while hauling dry bulk and/or liquid chemical products.
- Complete assigned OTR or regional routes in accordance with company schedules, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Perform required pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections and maintain accurate DOT-compliant documentation.
- Follow strict safety procedures for loading, transporting, and delivering bulk products.
- Maintain clean, professional equipment and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Participate in weekly safety meetings and company communications.
- Provide dependable, customer-focused service at pickup and delivery locations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Valid CDL and professional commercial driving experience.
- Ability to safely operate equipment used for dry bulk pneumatic tanker and/or liquid chemical transportation.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required for liquid chemical assignments.
- Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to safe driving practices, reliable service, and professional conduct.
- Ability to work an OTR schedule of approximately 12 days out with home time every other weekend, or a regional schedule of approximately 6 days out followed by a 34-hour reset.
- Top drivers earn $120,000+ annually.
- Pay of up to $0.80 per loaded mile, based on experience.
