CDL Driver/Drill Operator/Locator

Licensed CDL Drivers with Drill Operator/Locator ExperienceBMEI is recruiting Licensed CDL Drivers with Drill Operator/Locator experience. We are looking for candidates who are career-minded and understand the importance of being a team player. You will be working with a crew of 2-5 teammates operating a bore rig and/or locating as well as transporting equipment and materials to different job sites.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnforce all company health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresWork with a small crew of employees (2-5) and prioritize work accordinglyFulfill all assigned construction job duties, including project layout, timelines, and completes necessary paperworkInterpret and follows plans, material lists and guidelinesCompetency Requirements (Skilled to Advanced Level)Communicates effectivelyCoordinates with customersHolds self and others accountableProblem solving and innovationTeamwork and collaborationValue and respect othersAbide by safety regulations and requirementsEducation and Skill Requirements1-4 years Directional Drilling with Ditch Witch and Vermeer Equipment experienceMust have knowledge and experience in excavation and industrial constructionHas an exceptional ability to read and understand drawings and specificationsMust be able to independently follow and give instructionsMust be dependable and have excellent planning and scheduling skillsMust have a valid Class A CDL with a clean recordMust be able to pass a background check and pre-hire and random drug screeningsMust be able to physically perform the essential job functions; this includes lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.Hours and BenefitsHours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM M-F with potential overtime401k Plan AvailableGroup Insurance Plan AvailableLife InsuranceShort and Long Term DisabilityPaid VacationPaid Holiday
