Job Opportunity: CDL Class B Driver
Our organization is looking for a CDL Class B Driver to assist with mining and quarrying activities in Templeton, MA. This position is primarily field-based and involves the safe transportation of explosives and related materials to customer locations and blast sites.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport explosives and associated products while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and our organization’s safety protocols.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Oversee the loading and unloading processes, ensuring compliance with strict safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for deliveries and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Valid CDL Class B driver's license.
- Experience in transporting hazardous materials is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
