Job Opportunity: CDL Class B Driver
Our organization is looking for a CDL Class B Driver to assist with mining and quarrying activities in Templeton, MA. This position is primarily field-based and involves the safe transportation of explosives and related materials to customer locations and blasting sites.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport explosives and associated products while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and our organization's safety protocols.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Manage the loading and unloading processes in accordance with strict safety procedures.
- Maintain precise documentation for deliveries and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Valid CDL Class B license.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to transportation of hazardous materials.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
