What You'll Do
As a CDL Class B Driver, you'll safely operate company vehicles to transport materials between customer locations and our facilities while providing outstanding customer service. You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class B vehicle in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Pick up and deliver materials safely and efficiently
• Secure loads properly and ensure all cargo is transported safely
• Complete required paperwork and electronic logs accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong commitment to safety
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous commercial driving or recycling experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements
Driver Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older with a CDL Class B license
Roll Off Experience A Plus
Have a current DOT physical
Provide a current MVR
Pass a DOT drug and alcohol test
No more than 1 chargeable accident in 5 years
No more than 2 moving violation convictions in 5 years
