Company Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage all FMCSA/DOT compliance, including driver qualification files, clearinghouse, MVRs, medical certificates, and annual reviews.

Oversee driver onboarding, orientation, drug/alcohol testing, and safety training.

Monitor ELD/HOS violations, coach drivers, and ensure corrective actions.

Conduct accident/incident investigations and develop prevention plans.

Maintain accurate records for insurance, claims, and safety audits.

Prepare for and manage DOT audits, roadside inspections, and internal safety reviews.

Track and improve CSA scores (Unsafe Driving, HOS, Vehicle Maintenance, Crash Indicator).

Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules for trucks and trailers.

Develop and enforce company Safety Policies and Procedures.

Work closely with operations, dispatch, and drivers to promote a safety-first culture.
