About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Shuttle Drivers for an opportunity with one of the world's largest logistics companies in Kansas City, Missouri. This position offers competitive hourly pay, consistent Monday-through-Friday work, home daily, and benefits starting on Day 1. Drivers will operate modern equipment, moving trailers between loading doors in a stable, safety-focused environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • $32.50 per hour
  • Overtime after 40 hours
  • Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Shift: 2nd shift. Local shuttle operation, home daily
  • Consistent pay increases

Job Details

  • Route type: Local shuttle and yard operations
  • Equipment: 53-foot tractor-trailers
  • Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained trucks

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on assigned shuttle routes.
  • Move 53-foot trailers safely in and out of loading doors.
  • Inspect trailers and verify load securement before movement.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation.
  • Follow all applicable DOT and company safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience operating trailers 48 feet or longer
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations in the past 2 years
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
