Class A CDL Driver – Port & Local Delivery
Pay: $33.00/hour + Overtime Schedule: Monday–Friday | Home Daily Start Time: Between 4:30 AM and 6:00 AM Typical Shift: 8–10 Hours
We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team in a dual-role position handling both port drayage and local beverage deliveries. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and the benefit of being home every day.
Job Responsibilities
- Transport containers to and from local ports.
- Complete no-touch freight moves.
- Ensure freight is delivered safely and on time.
- Follow all DOT, port, and company safety regulations.
- Deliver beverage products to customer locations throughout the local area.
- Use a pallet jack to unload palletized freight.
- No pallet breakdown required.
- Complete up to 7 delivery stops per day during peak periods.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and required documentation.
Customer Service: Our drivers represent our company each day and play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. Qualified candidates should be professional, dependable, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
- Current TWIC Card required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Class A CDL driving experience.
- Previous port driving experience strongly preferred.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack.
