Lightning Transport is an established Logistics company based in Central NJ. We're looking for experienced CDL-A DRIVERS for OTR TEAM runs. Pay is $0.75 $0.90 CPM per driver, depending on experience. You'll be running team freight across the country with consistent miles and dedicated routes. We have tons of work so you would be doing anywhere between 3000 - 3500 miles per week per driver. At least 2 weeks out on the road; home time is flexible. All work is either no touch or drop n hook.

Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record; experience with tractor-trailer trucks required.
Clean MVR and PSP
Proven recent experience in CDL-A driving (hauling 53')
Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, and hazardous materials regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
Excellent navigation skills utilizing GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning.
Must be at least 23 years of age
