Weekly mileage consistency and dependable regional freight give CDL-A drivers a productive workweek without sacrificing every weekend at home. Established lanes and recurring customer freight help create a practical driving routine with fewer changes from one dispatch to the next.
Most regional runs average around 250 miles, supporting steady daily movement without requiring extended stretches away from home. All freight is no-touch, and approximately half of the loads are drop and hook to help reduce delays at customer facilities.
Your Truck
Each CDL-A driver receives an assigned 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. The truck remains with the driver throughout the workweek, allowing personal items and equipment to stay organized instead of being moved between tractors.

Pay & Home Time
Weekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650, deposited every Friday through direct deposit. Additional compensation is provided for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during the first weeks of employment.
Drivers follow a Monday through Friday regional schedule and return home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset. This provides two complete days away from the truck and a schedule that is easier to plan around from week to week.
The Route
Drivers operate across established regional lanes with a mix of live loads and drop-and-hook freight. Approximately 50% drop and hook helps limit unnecessary dock time, while no-touch freight allows drivers to remain focused on safe driving, trip planning, and on-time delivery.
Dispatch communicates route details and customer expectations before each trip, helping drivers understand where they are going and how the week is expected to progress.
