Dry van freight demand paired with customer route planning supports consistent weekly miles, stable dispatch timing, and dependable home time within a no-touch regional network.

Drivers operate within a defined regional footprint primarily east of I-35, with planned dispatch coordination designed to reduce delays, balance workload, and support consistent weekly routing.

All dispatched miles are paid, including loaded and empty movement, supporting steady weekly earnings of $1,425 to $1,625.

Equipment is assigned consistently to support driver familiarity. Preventative maintenance scheduling helps maintain reliability and reduce downtime across the fleet.

Freight Profile Freight consists of no-touch dry van shipments with a mix of drop-and-hook and scheduled live load appointments. Drivers focus on efficient, steady operation while freight is handled at shipper and receiver locations.

Regional lanes are structured to maintain consistent routing patterns and reliable freight availability across established customer networks.

Compensation Drivers earn $1,425 to $1,625 per week based on dispatched miles. All miles are paid, including loaded and empty, supporting predictable weekly income.

Company-paid orientation is provided with orientation pay included. After onboarding, drivers are placed into established regional dry van freight rotations.

Benefits Medical, vision, prescription, and life insurance options available after 90 days. Paid time off begins after one year, with holiday pay eligibility after 90 days. A 401(k) retirement plan is available after one year. Rider and pet policies are included.

Qualifications • Valid Class A CDL required • Ability to safely operate dry van tractor-trailer equipment under DOT regulations • Professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and receivers
