Crown Staffing is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers for a food distribution operation in Cincinnati, OH.

Schedule : Monday-Friday; dispatch times vary between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM depending on route assignments
Overtime : Regular overtime expected; drivers typically work 45-50 hours per week
Pay Rate : $60,000-$72,000 per year, based on experience

CDL-A Delivery Driver Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required
  
• Previous CDL delivery driving experience preferred
  
• Ability to meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to accurately handle customer payments and delivery paperwork
  
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the shift
  
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance required
  

• Safely and efficiently delivering products to customers according to established routes and schedules
  
• Providing courteous, professional, and accurate customer service during deliveries
  
• Following all company and DOT policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  
• Collecting customer payments and safeguarding company funds
  
• Monitoring refrigerated trailer temperatures and reporting mechanical concerns
  
• Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
  
• Completing delivery documentation, credits, pickups, and route paperwork accurately
  
• Communicating customer concerns and service issues to management and sales teams
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized truck cab and trailer
  
• Attending department meetings and training sessions as required
  
• Supporting additional transportation and logistics duties as assigned
