Pay Rate/Schdule
$31.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week | Weekly pay every Friday | At $31.00/hr and 40 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,240 gross.
Position Overview
This role supports daily quality and manufacturing operations at a leading beverage production facility, performing hands-on quality testing while gaining exposure to cross-functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical development in a fast-paced plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality tests including moisture, viscosity, particle size, dimensions, conductivity, hardness, weight, and seal integrity
- Partner with on-site quality and operations teams to support daily manufacturing results
- Assist with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results across all levels, including senior management
- Support project development tasks such as writing/verifying specifications, maintaining documentation, and validating equipment and processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Chemistry, or Engineering/Manufacturing (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
