You will drive best practice CDI metrics, develop policies, and ensure effective use of CDI technology, with a focus on physician engagement and timely QI reporting.
You will mentor the CDI team, manage KPI achievement, and collaborate with HIM, coding, case management and leadership to align with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
