Marsanne is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Cuisine to join our team.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Has excellent leadership and team management skills
Can oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain consistency
Has strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and quality control
Maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization
Is reliable, professional, hands-on, and able to work well under pressure
Has experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
Is available for a full-time position with a flexible schedule
