Marsanne is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Cuisine to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

• Has excellent leadership and team management skills

• Can oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain consistency

• Has strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and quality control

• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization

• Is reliable, professional, hands-on, and able to work well under pressure

• Has experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control

• Is available for a full-time position with a flexible schedule
