Alternatively, associates with very strong understanding of Basel norms / financial reporting background are preferredA strong ability to gather business requirements and to create business requirements documentation (BRD).Excellent written, verbal, presentation and relationship skills.An understanding of SDLC processes and Change Management principles, within a banking environment.Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).Nice to Have:Experience and knowledge of Axiom Controller View product will be preferred.Exposure to Data Warehousing projects in the Regulatory Reporting space will be an added advantageExperience Level (Middle)Overall experience of at least 7 years with 1-2 years of relevant experienceExperience Level (Senior)Overall experience of at least 10 year with 2-3 years of relevant experience
