Location: Garden City, NY | Hybrid: 3–4 days on-site · 1–2 remote

Compensation: $70,000-$96,250 per year + Health-care stipend

We’re seeking a CBT Therapist (Psychologist or LCSW) and Clinical Supervisor excited to blend direct client care with leadership and mentorship.

You’ll provide evidence-based therapy while supervising and developing early-career clinicians in a supportive, outcomes-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide CBT therapy for children, teens, and adults
• Supervise and mentor limited‑permit and early‑career clinicians
• Guide case formulation, exposures, and parent‑involved interventions
• Collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuing education
• Use AI‑assisted note‑taking and symptom tracking tools to streamline care

Who You Are

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.) or LCSW in New York State
• 3+ years post‑licensure experience providing CBT or evidence‑based therapy
• Confident in supervision, collaboration, and feedback delivery
• Excited to lead within a growth‑oriented, team‑based practice
