Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Field Superintendent to lead and oversee construction and maintenance activities. The Field Superintendent will supervise field crews, ensure site compliance as well as local/state codes and company standards, enforce safety, coordinate with operations, and deliver projects on time and on budget in a fast-paced oil & gas environment. Travel may vary, and the role requires a willingness to work extended hours, and rotational schedules as needed. You will serve as one of the primary field contacts with operations, project managers, inspectors, and clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep oilfield experience and strong communication skills.
