The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the litigation process and a commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all phases of litigation: case inception, discovery, resolution, trial, post-trial, and closurePrepare and file court documents, including assembling exhibitsDraft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, document requests, etc.)Assist in deposition, hearing, and mediation preparation and supportCoordinate with process serversPerform Bates labeling and document organizationReview and summarize depositions and medical recordsManage case dockets, calendars, and litigation tracking systemsMaintain production logs and coordinate electronic discovery effortsQualificationsBachelors or Associates degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate highly desiredMinimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in litigationStrong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle, including case management, document review, and trial supportProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPersonal AttributesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilityAbility to multitask in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environmentAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever neededKeeps stakeholders informed of project and case progressCompetitive salaries, a full paid benefits package, generous paid time off, 401(k) contributions, and a collaborative and stable work environment.
