Key Responsibilities for a Cath Lab Tech:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization lab.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments.
• Assist cardiologists during catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during procedures.
• Document procedure details and patient responses accurately.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.

Cath Lab Tech Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience (Required)
• Licenses and/or Certifications (Required)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardio Life Support certification (Required)
• RCIS certified within six months of date of hire (Required)
• ARRT and TX RT(R) required in lieu of RCIS
