Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
- Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
- BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- State specific licensing when required
- Basic EKG interpretation and ability to pass facility EKG test
- Sterile technique
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Fluoroscopy with C-arm and table and image processing
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Ability to assist the physician during percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures in a sterile environment
- Ability to learn and operate equipment and products required for percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures
- CCI-RCIS or ARRT RT
- Attestation of PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- Attestation of PA State Police Check (PATCH)
- Other Regulatory Requirements
Assignment Details:
- Shift hours in Cath Lab are 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Shift hours in OR are 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts
- On-call required 1-2 days per week
- Rotating weekend call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing
- Rotating weekends required
- Dress code: Burgundy scrubs
