License: Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT required before start; pending license acceptable at submission
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required (PALS must be obtained before start)
Must-Have: - EKG onboarding exam required - Epic EHR and McKesson experience required - Local travelers within 75 miles not accepted
Description: Must have a Rad Tech License in Kentucky through ARRT before start. Pending license is acceptable at submission. Level 1 experience is preferred. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required. PALS is not needed at time of submission, but must be obtained before the start date. An EKG onboarding exam is required. Shifts will consist of four 10-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 to 17:30. Call requirements include one late call per week from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, one call shift per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and one to two call weekends per six-week schedule. Preferred experience includes Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography. Floating may be required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Candidates must discuss their previous work experience at this facility to ensure eligibility for rehire. Candidates should be aware that rehire eligibility will be checked weekly. Most units require level 1 trauma experience. Candidates must have competencies in a variety of interventional and structural procedures. Local regulations apply to the radius for travel positions, with specific exclusion for locals. All requirements must be provided at the time of submission.
