Registered Nurse - Cath Lab & Special Procedures
Location: Plantation, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Description: Join a close-knit team as a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab and Special Procedures unit. You will work with a dedicated group of professionals focused on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stent placements, balloons, and other special procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Utilize GE Innova equipment and Meditech/EHR systems to manage patient data and documentation.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARR T.
- Competence in special procedures and familiarity with GE Innova equipment is required.
- Experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
