Cath Lab Technician

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for assisting in a variety of cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and peripheral vascular interventions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to perform various procedures.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 4 days per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and peripheral vascular procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the sterility of the environment.
• Collaborate with the medical team to facilitate optimal patient care.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the Meditech system.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the procedure.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Certification in ACLS and BLS.
• Experience in catheterization, electrophysiology, and peripheral vascular procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
