Overview:
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications:
Education
- Graduate of Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program Required
Work Experience
- 2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Required
Licenses and Certifications
- Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required Required
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required or
- RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire Required or
- RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Upon Hire Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
- ACLS Upon Hire Required
