Catering Sales Director for Upscale Events

Culinaire, a Compass Group unit, seeks a Director of Catering Sales in the Dallas area to drive catering revenue and client relationships. You will oversee menu development, costing, and event logistics, with responsibility for labor and food cost control and end-to-end event management.

Qualified candidates have 5–8 years in hospitality, with at least 3 years in catering sales, and a proven sales track record. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
