The Chef will design innovative, client-focused menus, oversee production for banquets and receptions, and ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation.
Responsibilities include supervising and developing kitchen staff, managing ordering and inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and upholding strict food safety and HACCP standards.
