Catering Director | Lead Growth & Elite Events (Commission)

HTX Restaurant Group in Houston is seeking a Catering Manager to lead our catering program and develop the catering sales team. You’ll drive service standards, grow sales, and train coordinators to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

You will build relationships with local organizations, plan events, and ensure orders are delivered with high quality. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year plus commission; PTO and employee discounts are provided.
