Catering Director — Guest Experience Leader (On/Offsite)

Gilder Search Group is seeking a hands-on leader to head in-house catering operations on a beautiful corporate campus in Minnesota, with responsibility for two off-site locations. You will lead service excellence and guest experiences, shaping dining strategy and operations.
