JOB REQUIREMENTS (include, but limited to):
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful drop-off catering orders as well as larger events
- Assist with the organization of drop-off orders and events; menu development, proposals, contracts, deposits, rentals, staffing, delivery and set up
- Work on-site during events plating hors d'oeuvres, setting up buffets, etc.
- Provide successful customer service via telephone and email inquiries
- Attend tastings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Food/Beverage or Hospitality Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- A GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Team-player attitude
- Multitasking and take initiative in a high-paced environment
- Flexibility in extended hours during busy seasons
- Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Excellent customer service/customer relations
