To be eligible for an interview, you must complete the application as well as complete the survey below.Job Summary:Be a Taziki's Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our cultureEnsure you are providing best in class customer service and experience to all of our guestsTracking catering issues and following up with customers as neededPerform call-in order entry, monitor calls input 3rd party orders and ensure correct delivery schedulingEfficiently handle a high volume of incoming callsMake recommendations and use suggestive selling with the goal of successfully fulfilling the customer's catering orderMaximize store delivery schedules for efficiencyQualifications:Must be 21 years of ageFlexible scheduleEnergeticPrior food service experience preferredLeadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team membersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and prioritiesDemonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skillsAll Employees Must:Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)Your Working Conditions/Hours:Monday - Friday8am - 5pm (times may vary slightly)Your Physical Requirements:(with or without a reasonable accommodation)StandingWalkingReachingCarrying/Lifting up to 30 poundsTaziki's is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThis is a remote position.Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourTaziki's Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with 110 locations in 18 states.
