Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned business unit.
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and vendor performance management to drive cost savings, supply continuity, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across multiple departments to optimize procurement strategies, manage supply chain risks, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered), with 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in security systems, low-voltage electronics, electrical, or construction-related industries.
- Proven experience negotiating supplier agreements, managing procurement costs, and navigating construction contracts; working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and federal procurement compliance preferred.
- U. xhqgsiq S. citizenship required , with eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
