Responsible for managing the P&L, assortment, pricing, and marketing of Home Care, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle products, the full-time Category Manager - Health & Wellness will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategies and enhance customer offerings in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Establish a deep understanding of the Gopuff app and retail store businesses to inform product selection and positioning Analyze performance data to develop category plans and strategies that improve product sales across multiple locations Conduct competitive analysis to ensure effective representation of key product lines and meet margin targets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Merchandising, Business, or Economics 5+ years of experience in Merchandising with significant knowledge of Financial Planning and Supply Chain Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to utilize data for decision-making Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of business outcomes Strong understanding of category trends and consumer insights relevant to assortment management
