Key responsibilities Influence the development of category strategies and initiatives focused on transformation and sustainability Monitor category financial performance and high-value proposal evaluations with business stakeholders Develop and lead the Category team with a strategic focus on procurement goals and compliance improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, or related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in a related field Preferred certifications include CPM, CPSM, or CSCP Experience in managing supplier relationships at a global enterprise level Proven ability to promote and manage changes in procurement policies and processes
