In this role, you will analyze spend, develop category roadmaps, and lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management to ensure reliable, cost-effective MRO availability. You’ll collaborate closely with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering, driving standardization, savings, and risk mitigation while supporting Kohler’s focus on craftsmanship, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
