Leading a high-performing analytics team, the full-time Senior Manager, Casino Analytics will define the analytics vision for the Casino experience, ensuring data drives strategic decisions and business outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and drive the analytics vision, using complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making and long-term growth Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by coaching leaders and analysts to deliver executive-level narratives Set and govern the experimentation strategy, establishing standards for rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience, with a minimum of 3 years in direct people management Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for senior stakeholders
