Receptionist/CashierMobile area auto dealership needs an experienced Receptionist/Cashier for immediate employment. This individual will greet customers, answer customer questions, perform cash register functions, assist with general store upkeep and may occasionally assist with book work.Responsibilities:Meet and greet customers in the dealershipAnswer and route incoming calls and take messagesProvide basic information to customers who have general inquiriesHandle customer complaints with integrity and poiseReceive customer payments as well as balancing drawer at end of shiftDay to day processesRequirements:Superior customer service skillsExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to multi-task is essential to being successful in this positionHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency with computers and able to learn new software programsDealership and/or recent retail receptionist/cashier experience preferredHours needed: Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Professional personal appearance and telephone presenceAbility to submit to and pass a background testValid Drivers License
