We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cash Processor to join our growing team.Essential Functions:Apply payments and/or payoffs and daily balanceResponsible for any tasks assigned for researchComplete transfers as needed for bank accountsMonitor all bank accounts Servicing is responsible to ensure funds are addressed and applied accordinglyResearch and address any out of balance items and handle accordinglyAssist team with remote deposit requirements as neededAssist supervisor/manager with projects as neededAssist the Management team with proper updating of policies and proceduresBe flexible with their time and schedule in order to meet the needs of the businessPerform other duties that may be assigned by Management.Assist with identifying training opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of three years of mortgage/real estate related experience2 - 3 years of MSP/Black Knight experienceStrong attention to detail, goal orientedTime management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under deadlinesPatience and ability to manage stressHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical Demand:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneAble to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to physically type
