Detail-driven and experienced, the full-time Cash Operations Specialist will manage, reconcile, and optimize daily cash positions and bank transactions for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform, working remotely from LATAM or Europe. Key responsibilities Allocating and recording cash payments accurately across accounts to ensure complete transaction capture Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and managing relationships related to the company's banking activity Owning balance sheet general ledger accounts and resolving historic queries related to cash Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury operations, accounting, or banking Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Current residence in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
