This role provides customer and internal support for Cash Management Online Banking services, conducts product training, assists with system testing, resolves operational issues, and supports audits and departmental projects. The ideal candidate will have strong banking operations experience, customer support skills, and knowledge of cash management products and online banking platforms.ResponsibilitiesPerform operational support duties for the Cash Management DepartmentProvide WebEx training sessions to customers and Bank personnel on cash management products and servicesSupport Cash Management Online Banking services and customer setupsMonitor product usage and system performance to ensure operational efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve customer and system-related issues within assigned authorityAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product implementationsSupport internal and external audits and examinationsReview operational reports and prepare business correspondenceParticipate in departmental initiatives and special projectsCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational processesProvide technical, operational, and customer support related to treasury and cash management servicesRequired Qualifications5–7 years of banking operations or cash management experienceExperience supporting online banking or treasury management platformsStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsExperience conducting training sessions or customer demonstrations preferredKnowledge of cash management products and banking operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with audits, compliance support, and operational reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in commercial banking or treasury services environmentExperience with system testing/UAT activitiesFamiliarity with banking regulations and operational controlsAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
